LISA BEATTIE – Intersnack
Lisa Beattie is a data management professional, with over 30 years in the software application industry. During those years, Lisa has held most positions in the application lifecycle including Software Evaluation, System Analysis, Programming, Training, Delivery and Application Management and Support. Lisa has worked with many software suppliers to deliver solutions and has been on user group committees helping to engage and inform application users.
In the past 10 years, Lisa has specialised in software solutions for the Food Industry. In her role in KP Snacks she was the Project Manager for the implementation of Agile. Currently Lisa has been involved in rolling out Agile across the Intersnack Group and now manages a Centre of Excellence providing support to almost 300 users of Agile.
STEPHEN PUGH – European Food Labelling Specialist – Specialist in EU food information – Skilled EU negotiator on food information and areas of food safety – Lecturer in Food Information Regulations
Stephen Pugh was head of the food labelling team in the UK’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) until March 2016. He was responsible for the UK’s input into the European Union’s Regulation on the Provision of Food Information to Consumers (FIC) as well as taking forward other food labelling initiatives in England. He represented the UK at the Codex Alimentarius Committee on Food Labelling. Stephen has recently retired from this post. He is now course coordinator on the European Commission’s initiative on Better Training, Safer Food where he is the training co-ordination and lead tutor on food labelling. He contributed to Better Training, Safer Food initiatives on food labelling in South East Asia and Sri Lanka as the lead on food labelling and training co-ordinator. At present he is a world renowned expert of the Regulation on the Provision of Food Information to Consumers
JAMES PEACH – Global Legal Standards and Research (Food Information) – Brandbank Limited
James is responsible for Global Legal (Food Information) Standards and Research at Brandbank.
Formerly a Senior District Business Manager for London CPS (where he worked for over 15 years), James is currently completing his LLM in UK and EU Food Law.
Currently, James is heavily engaged in efforts to strengthen the digital food information supply chain and has recently been invited to submit proposals in this regard, to Directorate F of the European Commission (via the Food Standards Agency).

Steve Delzell – Product Strategy Director Oracle
Steven Delzell serves as the director of product strategy, where he is responsible for product lifecycle management with a specific focus on the consumer packaged goods industry and formulation systems. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Delzell was an Implementation Manager for Logility Inc., now American Software. Mr. Delzell has over 15 years of enterprise software and supply chain experience. Mr. Delzell holds a degree from Taylor University.

BERTRAND GODILLOT – Senior Director Enterprise PLM Sales Consulting
He is responsible for providing industry specific consulting expertise to Oracle customers in the area of Product Lifecycle Management. In this role he leads a team of very experienced consultants. He is responsible for building solutions to cross functional, industry specific business problems related to innovation, new product development, new product introduction and launch, and product change control. He is also responsible for the interaction with Oracle’s product development teams. Bertrand Godillot has 20 years’ experience in full scale Product Lifecycle Management solutions design and implementations in Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Devices, High Tech and Pharmaceutical. He joined Oracle with the acquisition of Agile Software Corporation in May 2007. He has an MSc in Information Systems Management from the ESSEC Graduate School of Management of Cergy, France, and a Diploma in Political Sciences from the ILERI School of Paris, France.
Ulf Köster – ORACLE Solution Director for Product Innovation, Development and Commercialisation Solutions
Ulf is responsible for co-ordination of all product development, application sales and business development activities for Oracle’s Product Value Chain solutions across the EMEA region. Ulf started working for Oracle in the Solution Consulting area in 1998. He has worked with many clients from the manufacturing, process and services industries to build, shape and position the appropriate solution, from Oracle Applications through Oracle Middleware, Database and Cloud. He has delivered millions of dollars of business improvement to customers.
